Astros to Fire Jimy Williams
I will not devulge my source, but the Astros are on the verge of firing Williams. I have been told either Phil Garner or Don Baylor will be the new coach.

HOUSTON -- The struggling Astros fired manager Jimy Williams on Wednesday, replacing him with Phil Garner. The Astros have called a 2 p.m. ET news conference to announce the move.

I wonder what happened. Don Baylor was going to be offered the job and Garner was mentioned as a second choice. I guess Baylor declined?
