Default Hardwood flooring

Ok, dallas-mavs.com.. I need your help. I'm looking to get a good deal on hardwood flooring. I am not about to spend $5-$6 a square foot.. I'm looking for a great deal on good flooring. I don't need installation.. all I need is good..cheap...flooring.

My sister's husband is doing the installation. I'm set there. He's also turning my back patio into a workout/entertainment area as well.. (the covered patio is about 25x12).. Going to move my True Z5.4 treadmill out there, install a 46' 3D plasma TV.. tile the floor.. And, I'm pretty sure I can handle the addition of some leather recliners, tables and whatnot.

But, anyways, I need wood flooring

Link.

Edit - I just saw that the purchase is for a minimum of 525 sq. ft. but you could always resell it or use it in other parts of your house if you only currently need the amount for the 25x12 room.

Oh no, the two projects are separate. My brother in law is tiling the outdoor patio.. turning it basically into basically a TV/workout room.

I'm adding hardwood to about 1100-1200 square feet of my house.... leaving the tile.. leaving the upstairs carpeted..
