That's right...the Stars plan on interviewing former coach Ken Hitchcock for the head coaching position. Apparently some feel it was a huge mistake to cut him loose. Hitch has already interviewd with the Rangers and another team that escapes me right ow. An odd situation indeed.

Hitchcock was never the problem. It was the players who quit, not Hitch.

I agree that Hitch wasn't the problem. But I also don't know if they would be willing to resign him. It would be incredible.

I was one of those that thought it was a huge mistake. I hope we get him back. But I wouldn't count on the big boys swallowing their pride that much.

I don't know...that the article appeared and that the Stars granted Hitch an interview already seems that Hicks has swallowed the sour pill and recognized that they may have made a mistake. I hope he gets serious consideration. The Stars still owe Hitch about 1.1 million.
