Ok, 17-0.
Nice 'wobbly' pass from Carter.
Did the Raiders forget their viagra?

Wow, 194 yards of total offense in the 1st quarter. Our whole offense looks pretty good right now. Oakland doesn't look like they care.

Looks like the Cowboys came to play. That was a really nice lick by badass Roy Williams.

Like the announcers said, either the Raiders defense is really bad or the Cowboys offense is really good.

It's been quiet. I still like Cason & I still think Hambrick is a spare & nothing tonight has changed my mind.

Woody is a badass, its not just you if it is, it's you and me!
The offense is looking good, some credits due here. The Raiders may not look to interested but some credit needs to be given.

Cowboys/Raiders Pre-Season
Cowboys are playing there asses off today. Yes, its preseason but it is a hell of alot better to play well in preseason than not to. Whatsup with the complaining about THam? I don't think 12 attempts for 60 yards and 2 td's is that bad.

I agree FFM, Hambrick has impressed me tonight. I still question whether he can get it done consistently, but tonight he has run hard and gotten the job done.

I agree. I don't think he will do this in regular season but i'm not gonna call him a spare because I don't know what he can bring to the table. Same goes for goes for Quincy or anyone else on this team. None of us have seen any of these guys play the 2003-04 season.

Looks like Romo is 2nd string? LOL, some not to long ago said Quincy was fighting for his job, fighting for 2nd string, etc etc. Now Hutchinson is the 3rd string QB, who woulda thunk it? Let's go Romo, let's see what you got bud.

RE: Cowboys/Raiders Pre-Season
What's up with Galloway on Punt Returns. I was hoping to see Zaraway bust loose for another one. Is Bill sending a message to Galloway - "Time to earn those draft picks and all that money". If so, are Woody and Zaraway without a job. Maybe Bill's thinking is that he doesn't have enough talent to have special team specialists. He has to have his starters playing special teams specialty roles.

What does everyone think about Swinton and Smith? The announcers were talking about 1 will make it and the other will be cut and Smith is a Parcells project. IMO, I think Swinton should get the job. He seems to do this same thing every season consistently.

Swinton sure helped his case tonight with that 97 yard return.

I think Smith gets cut, and if he clears the waivers, he will be put on the practice squad.

Well, Quincy led the offense to points on all 5 drives he was in on. Hambrick has run well, getting about 5 yards a carry. The line has held up. Larry Allen seems to be doing well, and he had a nice block on one of the Hambrick TD runs. Roy Williams has looked great as always.
Not much has happened in the 2nd half other than that Swinton TD.

I love to watch the Boys when they are on a roll but this game is boring. The Raiders are sleepwalking through the game.

Qspare played well.
Hambrick finally used some of his talent. Now if he could only find his heart.
Roy Williams is a bad mother f....you know.
Woodson knocked the religion out of some dude. Damn that was a hit.
The Cowboys scored 50+ last when? Super Bowl.
This was a preseason game. The final preseason game of the year is often not much of a game. The Raiders looked lethargic.
Our defense is going to be fun to watch.
Anyone else think Romo gets cut and maybe placed on the practice squad?

I missed the 97 yard KO return by Swinton. I was trying to do laundry during commercials and put kids to bed during halftime. Damn. I love kids and laundry needs doing, but damn I hate missing 97 yard KO returns.

Yeah, well, I'm in Austin & our feed cut out. I could hear it happening though. They'll show it again in the highlights.
I had to go to a meeting for a while. Someone want to give me a quick summary of who's been doing good/bad since the first half?

RE: Cowboys/Raiders Pre-Season
Good call aexchange, I definitely agree. Hutch should be running the scout team, who woulda thunk it? Obviously not many around here, did you all see him during the game on the sidelines and run in without talking to anyone after the game? He's not happy at all, but playing the way he did he deserve everything he get.
