Bit unfair to make that comparison during his rookie season, don't you think?

That last 3 by Roddy was not a good shot.
But if Carlisle doesn't play him EVERY game for the rest of the season, Cuban jusy needs to fire him after the season.
And yes, it is as simple as that. There is no EXCUSE for Roddy to have a DNP-CD next to his name for the rest of the year, including playoffs.

Maybe if he came straight from high school. But Curry spent 3 years in college.

He's shooting 42.7% from 3 this season and is 3-4 tonight from 3. What exactly are you basing this on? Honestly he's one of the purest shooters I've ever seen. His jump shot is absolutely beautiful.

Roddy took 2-3 really bad shots but he was in fire and yes, then u take also some bad shots. And im sure the team told him to keep shooting. Until he doesnt take such shots regulary in a tied game...

Yeah, and he was an amazing shooter in college.
And no, it's still an unfair comparison, unless you believe that a rookie is set in his basketball development simply because he played in college.

Yeah, this is an absolutely bizarre take by Bayliss. I'm puzzled.

The percentage from 3 isn't that impressive.
Morrow has better stats from both and I don't think he's a pure shooter either.

Yeah, it's only 8th best in the NBA. And he plays on a terrible team with hardly any help.
Dude, no offense, but you are really digging yourself in a hole here. There is not even a scintilla of objective evidence indicating that Curry isn't a tremendously talented pure shooter.

A rookie with 3 years of college ball is much more polished than a rookie straight from overseas at 19 or straight from high school at 18.

If Roddy makes his 9th, it could be a rookie record.

Well, Pierce is ahead of Curry. And Kidd was tied with him. Hell, hanning Frye is shooting better from 3.
The percentage isn't that impressive.
