Don't want to jinx the team but...
this could be a very long win streak, we should be favored in next 7 though we seem to play better on road than home
@ Sacremento
Vs Golden State
Vs New Jersey
Vs Utah
Vs Milwaukee
Vs Portland
Vs Phoenix
we should be getting roddy back about the end of stretch or right after it if things go like expected. Its good to be a Mavs fan

Golden State is slipping lately, but I still think they are a dangerous team. I'm sure Utah will be looking for revenge after the whippin' we just gave them. Not ready to start thinking about a 15 game win streak just yet.

GSW lacks the depth up front to last too long, they may stick for 2 and a half quarters, but they need 40 point nights from Ellis and Curry to have a shot.
Utah will again be the toughest opponent in the string, Portland is getting their bodies back, Pryz is back, Camby, Aldridge is a tough front line.

This may be the worst thread ever...then again, how many threads have turned out to be a jinx on this team...Would the mods consider moving this thread to the trash bin before the Jinx God's read it?

How exactly is "don't want to jinx the team but..." considered new content?
Do you really think throwing an arbitrary number of games into a post and predicting that we'll win them all is actually CONTENT?
I bet you think McDonalds fries and a strawberry shake is a healthy/balanced meal too, don't you?
The Hollinger thread, this is not...

Mavs777, are you going to start the GDT thread? The other night, you rushed out to make it... now it is nearly 10:00... make the GDT. It is now **your responsibility**...

It reeks of bad luck.... but I guess we should be Opposite George. Every decision this board has ever made has been wrong... therefore....

It's not about the quantity of the threads, but the quality.
Someone could post a dozen threads right this second and you wouldn't hear a single complaint from me if they were all worth a damn.
This thread is not worth a damn.

Seriously.
There was a TON of good discussion yesterday. Just because it isn't spread out over 10,000 threads doesn't mean it's not there.

No doubt... A couple of obvious posters aside, this is the saltiest I've seen this forum in years - lots of great discussions lately!
(the right hemisphere of my brain is still reeling from that Hollinger thread...)

I just remember they weren't better than us last season too and we lost all games against POR. They always look really fast when play vs DAL. I don't care they're 9th now, we need to focus this time and beat them.

and in the 90s we couldn't beat anyone, who cares? Last year Portland was good. Portland is terrible this year for lots of reasons.

Who is this guy?
I'm afraid if Portland doesn't have enough players to dress to play a full NBA game. That's what worries me about them.
