Obviously they won't sacrifice this season to make that happen, but if everything is relatively equal, I think you give Haywood the ego boost.

Excellent post. Haywood with a chip on his shoulder and
something to prove could prove to be a huge boon for this team.
Both on the court and as future asset.

You are right. Haywood is Dampier 2.0 version.

So Monday, Dalembert gets word Houston's not interested, Tuesday night, all over Kings land, he's willing to resign for one year, now, it just crossed, he's getting 2 year deal from the Rockets.

All of which shows just how stupidly unreliable any of these rumors are. Whereas ALL of our acquisitions this season never made the rumor mill at all until they were already all-but-official.

Seems like a steal given what Kwame got. Not sure Sac is interested in Rudy or Brewer but for what he signed for, gotta wonder if a SnT would've been workable with them instead of Denver. Money is close (maybe you include Mahinmi) and Houston got him with a team option for next year so flexibility remains.
Gotta step up, Ian and Sean.

Dalembert in Rockets, so we stay with Dampier 2.0 and scrubs at C position. Maybe we will make trade before trade deadline. IMO Howard won't stay in Orlando till end of season, they will want to earn some money before he come FA.
