Dirk should piss off all the fans wanting to see some dunks and just shoot the ball every time he gets a touch.

You act like they'll actually pass him the ball.

At least Kerr has some sense. Dirk is the best four. Love may be someday but until your team wins and makes the playoffs you cant be the best at anything.

Love is good but 30 out of 30 coaches would take Dirk in a game 7 over Love.

Dirk is definitely the best closer in the league. Loves motor is really special.

I was appalled at that crap Reggie was spewing.

It's sad how the NBA only gave Dirk the credit he deserved for about 3 months, from April to June 2011 and that was it. Now you have these trash analysts calling Dirk done and how he didn't deserve it over Gasol, etc.

Calling Love, Aldridge, Griffin, Chris Humpries, Lamar Odom, JJBarea...or whatever. The "best PF in the game" is OK (...who cares ?!... ), BUT you have at least to mention Dirk's name in such a debate. Reggie ignored him completely and this ignorance was really sickening.

Dirk has quietly put together 3 straight 20/10 games and 4 of his last 5. His rebounding is up to 7 per game, and his TRB% is about to pass that of last years.

Last 5 Games 35.4min ---- 9.4-21.4 .439 ---- 2.2-4.4 .500 ---- 6.4-7.8 .821 ---- 11.0 27.4
...needs to work on it.

What really bothers me is his freethrow shooting... I can live with some overall poor shooting nights, but I can't stand Dirk missing that often (relative to his standards) from the charity stripe.

I guess Barkley was right. It is almost surreal to see him miss free throws.

Oh no, how dare I criticize Dirk.
Dude1394 uses sarcasm.
Sarcasm is ineffective.

I wouldn't have bet on Haywood outshooting him from the free throw line if you gave me 1000-1 odds

I think Dirk will start attacking the basket more when his knees and his back are in better shape. Right now you can tell he's still not physically in it as he's taking like 4 three point shots a game. I remember from 2009-10 when he had like 11 made three pointers by his 50th game.

Beast. Charles, you're an idiot, and we thought you finally saw the light last playoff, but no, you had to ruin it.
