Love MMA threads. For what it's worth I don't think much of Nellie or Avery as coaches. I do think the dirkster got shortchanged in that dept. ALso as much as I love cubes i think an argument can be made that he was way too busy imo flipping the team, creating a lot of seasons where the team never was able to develop solid chemistry.

He didn't ( he still may not ) have a very methodical plan in mind.

I think this is as fair as you get when evaluating the Mavs' last decade.
