Well, we have about as close as it gets already, Jae Crowder. -some size, + shooting/offense. But I would love to have the Reggie Evans.

I think this may be a "grass is greener" take. Nets fans on ND already think Evans is useless and want him gone.

I'm sure Evans would be delighted to reunite with Kaman's cookie jar.

So, do you think the Nets fan are just envious that his grass is greener? I can imagine that he has an outside lawn care service that takes care of his yard.

The Dallas Mavericks announced today that an MRI confirmed forward Shawn Marion has a sprained left medial collateral ligament (MCL). He will be listed as out tomorrow and will not travel with the team to New York and Charlotte later this week. He will be re-evaluated next week.
In four games this season, Marion has averaged 8.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.3 blocks in 27.0 minutes while shooting 51.9% (14-27 FGs) from the field.

As if this wasn't already an uphill battle with Dirk (and Roddy) out.

Jae Crowder, meet Carmelo Anthony.

Marion has been our best and sometimes only strong rebounder on the team. His defense is good, but we are going to get killed on the boards if some other guys don't start rebounding more effectively.

There should be a poll on how long it takes for that team to turn on him and he gets the boot outta New Jersey.

And this guy coached Dirk during his prime. Such a waste. One should not even mention his name on mavs boards. 05-08 would be a whole different story with a coach like Rick on the sidelines...

Evans can only rebound, he hurts you in every other way, he is a terrible defender and useless on the offensive end, pass.

2006 & 2007. He will forever have those collapses on his resume.

Mayo has been great when he isn't dribbling two plus times per possession. RC has given Collison freedom to attack that he never had in Indy and the results have been terrific.

...and Duncan a 4th ring.
It feels like a wasted possession, where the other team pulls away.

He is really good screen setter and tough guy. I'll take him and Lou Almundson types on my team any day of the week. I just wouldn't play them more than 10-15 minutes a game though.

By tough you mean dirty. Evans isn't better than Dirk, Kaman, Wright, or Brand. And there is nothing wrong with having James as the 5th big, so he has little use here. He and Amundson are fine as end of the bench guys, he shouldn't be on a playoff teams rotation however.
