You'd think Rudy Gay could make one clutch shot when he shoots like twenty times in fourth quarter and overtime. So disappointing.

Its amazing how many comebacks and late wins the Lakers got this season because the opponent is playing straight up moronic....

You know your franchise is bad when Brian Shaw rejects your head coaching position. Oh Bobcats...

Are the playoffs worth watching any more with the Heat dynasty?

Bynum out for the season and will have more surgery on both knees.

I don't see why not. In two years they have 1 title.I think this years playoffs will be the most interesting out of all of them. Heat aren't unbeatable.

Hmmmm - total free agent
It will be very interesting offseason for him. I doubt a team could get insurance for his contract because of his knees - ala Amare Stodemire.
There is just too much history regarding his health for me to want the Mavs to sign him.
That and the fact he is an ex Laker.

I wouldn't be mad if the Mavs went after Bynum hard. That is, after Howard and Paul are exhausted, both of which don't look promising as far as each player willing to leave.

I don't care if the Lakers win against the Hornets...they suck ass this season. We may suck as well, but they really suck considering the talent.

Hmm... came back a full four weeks ahead of schedule. Can we admit that the NBA has a PED problem yet?

Not to mention money. I'm really hoping the Jazz can close the season out well and bump the Lakers.
100 million for a lottery team would be the sweetest reward since A-Rod's doozy.

(was their pick this year part of the Howard trade?)
If LA "won" the lottery this year (with their pick shipped off)... THAT would be an incredibly delicious story

Lakers almost certainly with the 8th seed. I really hope they get swept, which would be a nice consolation prize.

Another note on the NBA referees.......
In the month of April (7 games):
Lakers Opponents - 90-113 (FTM-FTA)
Lakers - 153-208
Range:
Lakers Opponents 7-21
Lakers - 18-50
Against Golden State, the Lakers shot 50 FTs to the Warriors 16. Whew!
I'm not sure if this has been a trend all year or not......
