That or he was asking him if Cuban has a cartoon ready to show him in free agency.

Cousins is a terrible defender, but he is pretty good at everything else.

Just got back from Thor Ragnarok. Pretty good flick. The style is more Guardians of the Galaxy, so I really liked it. I can't say that I'm sad that I missed the Mavs. Honestly, I'm pretty much done for the season. I already know what and who I'm going to see with Rick running things, so even the losses aren't going to be that entertaining imo. Reading GDT threads and box scores is such a great way to save time! Hang in there guys. It's only going to take at least 3 more years IF the Mavs decide to continue drafting with their picks. :-O

Watched Thor last night, loved it!!!

Went to the game tonight and left at half-time. Painful to watch but a DSJ dunk had me satisfied enough.

Think about that - we played two guys that are 6'3" and two sub 6' guys together all but ONE minute of the game.

No wonder we are losing.

To be fair, right now we have only one healthy player whose primary position is usually SG, Wes, and he's been a fucking disaster on defense so far this season. I think the league is trending towards dual point guard lineups... though I suspect this sort of thing will be less common when Seth is 100%.

Just got back from Thor and it was really good. Synth music was refreshing than typical action hero movie. Good story well placed fighting, cameos, and comedy.

I’m slightly worried about the micro managing of DSJ. I know Rick is doing what he feels best but sometimes let the man fly. This is why I don’t get too worked up over Giannis. I don’t think he’d be where he is in development had he been drafted by dallas.

Seth is 6'2" so it's not going to change our tiny lineup much.

And the league is not going to dual point guard lineups - its going to one point guard, one super athletic big, and three 6'7" or bigger wing players who can defend anyone

Name one other team in the league with TWO players on their team who are sub 6'

Just my thoughts, but I think they decided to bring him on more slowly with his knee issues and the fact that the team is in tank mode. There is no reason to try and force 35 mpg if he isn't fully healthy. His decision making is also that of a 19 year old.

The problem is that pretty much the whole team isn't playing well for Rick and that is a lot more than just tanking on purpose. Ugh, so hard to say, but I'm ready for Dirk to retire and Rick to move on. We need to move on from the past and do a full rebuild.

Oh and for Cadbane, sorry Glowerpower, to keep bringing up Dirk vs Barnes...Barnes was oceans better this game.

Unlike Dirk nowdays, At least Barnes HAS that ability. It's not like he was doing it vs some scrubs either. I just want to see him put his head down and attack with the intensity he had last night.

@TamaraJolee: Dirk Nowitzki gave the trash can a nice little slam on the way to the locker room. The 20-year vet clearly not pleased as #Mavs drop to 1-9

Can Mavs lose 4 more in a row to match 3rd worst start in team history? I'm rooting for it.

I feel bad for Dirk and Rick. Rebuilding sucks after being so good for so long. Just seems like neither are really ready for it. Nobody likes to lose, but tanking is absolutely the right thing to do.

100% agree. Never thought I’d feel this way about dirk. But when it’s time it’s time. I’ve felt bad for him ever since 2013. Last year would’ve been perfect for him to go out on even though didn’t make playoffs. I don’t want to remember this year as Dirks final season.

I know Dirk wouldn't do it and probably shouldn't but I'd love to see him finish his career in the post-season. OKC is basically giving it one shot and I'd love to see Dirk be a part of it and the Mavs could move on.
I'm probably in the minority on that thought but seems it would be a win-win-win for everyone involved.

Not to nitpick, but Wes has been on the team since 2015, and I think he's been an absolute disaster from the beginning. :-(
