How many NBA players throughout history can you think of that were good rebounders AND 3 point shooters? It doesn't seem like too often players come along that can do both very well. As far as current players go, I can think of two; Dirk and Shawn Marion. Thoughts?

The funny thing is Dirl could probably average 12 boards a game **right now** if he wasn't camped out so far from the hoop on the offensive end and wasn't the "3" in our defensive zone package.
It goes against the grain. The best rebounders are usually the "brutes" underneath the hoop. Guys that like to bang and are scared to death to step out on the court outside of 15 feet offensively and defensively. And 3 point shooters are the "finesse" players that hate contact and just love to fill it up from deep.
McAdoo would be considered one. Dirk is very much like McAdoo.

rasheed wallace is borderline "good" in both categories.. (at least the past couple of years when his three point attempts per game have sky rocketed)

with only two years above 36% and none above 37%, ..and as a career 33% three point shooter, i'd have to say that Antoine Walker doesn't really qualify as a good three point shooter.
He shoots alot of threes, but that doesn't mean that there's any justification behind him doing so.
with KG, I checked him out..he doesn't shoot many and really doesn't shoot at a high percentage

Kind of surprising, but it looks like Donyell Marshall could almost fit into this category...

i know he's percentile isnt as good as he thinks it is,but he can still shoot the three.
he doesnt have to reach 40% to be considerd a good three point shooter.
and KG is defenitly NOT a 3point shooter,he shoots what?o.8 threes a game?nails a quarter of them?you could say the same for sabonis.its a player you cant leave too open over there, but so does YAO.

quite honestly, by NBA standards, walker isn't a good three point shooter and doesn't deserved to be mentioned as one.
to put him on the list would be degrading to players such as dirk.

i didnt said he's a good three point shooter, and i dont even think so,but he can and is shooting threes.
i would never think of comparing him to dirk,i dont even like the player, but he CAN shoot a three, its a big part of his game, alot bigger than it should.

A couple more:
Shawn Marion 9.7 Rebounds, 39% from 3
Borderline
Van Horn 7.1, 37% from 3
