Disabled Cookie?? WTF?!
Ummm, so when I try to go to this site on my other computer, it tells me my user cookie has been removed. It will not let me go to the log-in page & re-log-in. I have no idea how this happened or how to fix it. Help??

I would go to Tools, Internet Options, and than click the button that says Delete Cookies. Close the browser and reopen it. I had the same problem earlier and this worked for me.

I had the same problem and deleted cookies as Ummm..Ok said. It worked, but I couldn't log on last night. I wasn't able to post in the game thread. That may be why we lost.

The reason the Mavs lost was because I wasn't at the game. You guys didn't buy me tickets because you not man (I mean fan) enough.
The Mavs won every game I attended.

Ugh!
I keep getting this message on my ibook at home-- I'm running OS X-- and have tried resetting my prefs, deleting old cookies, everything. I cannot use d-m.com at home! Could someone who's techno-savvy-- better yet, Mac-savvy-- help?
It's driving me crazy.
Thanks!

You're the second person with a Mac that I know, sturm.
I can't tell the other person anymore that she is the only one in the world with a Mac.

Have you tried throwing it out your window and going down and buying a "REAL" computer?
Seriously I don't know enough about the Macs to help you. Sorry.

This is just great. LRB and KG out, mff with the lioness icon, doc owning the "private", sturm revealing about her Mac.

RE: Disabled Cookie?? WTF?!
The problem affecting the profile settings is basically the only documented problem at this point..it also affects admin functions, new user registration, etc.

So is this cookie thing fixed? If not, will it be fixed? My new job monopolizes my time, so if I can't visit at home, my time at d-m.com will be almost non-existent.
Sniff, sniff. I miss it.
Still no tips for Mac users? And what is all this antipathy towards Apple? Macs and all their accessories-- IPOD!-- are the greatest. So there.

Using a different browser might work. I was using IE before this until the cookie problem surfaced and swicthed to Netscape. Maybe the IE I used was outdated because I couldn't find the option to delete the old cookie.
