Pretty funny story about bush in NYC when he was visiting NYC

One of my favorite President Bush stories is from Von Essen's book. On the Friday after 9/11 when the president visited Ground Zero, they were in the Presidential SUV travelling down to ground zero, the prez, Rudy, Pataki, Kerik, and Von Essesn and there was this awkward silence, so The president looks at Von Essen and says, "You look tired, have you gotten any sleep?" Von Essen pauses, looks at him thinks to himself "this guy is a regular guy" and says, "well not really but I got home last night and my wife took good care of me, if you know what I mean" There was a brief silence as this sank in and Pataki looked horrified, Rudy rolled his eyes. The President paused and said, "well I do believe you are the only guy in this car who got laid last night."
