RE: mavs bucks the first game of the new year.
The technical resulted after Porter complained on the charge that Stack took. I'm glad he got rewarded for his effort on the defensive end.
Good game, overall. JHo again proved why he's the best swingman we got. He's been playing so well on both ends of the floor. One stat that hasn't been mentioned much: JHo got 13rebounds while limiting Redd (the guy he was guarding!) to 1. Terry was smooth. He missed a few open looks but he's easily our best PG and hope he continues to start and get about 32-34min/game. One thing that annoyed me the most was: We played 13min without a Center and 8min without a PG. And this, mind you, against a team without good Centers or PGs. Why have all those Centers and PGs languishing on the bench even when you have a big lead and practically put the game away especially in the 4th quarter. Couldn't we give Dirk, Fin and JHo some rest while getting some PT for Harris, Booth, Bradley or DA? |

JHo is proving to be one of the best swingmen in the NBA.
The time without a point guard was interesting but Nellie bashers should be heartened, he said he played it because our PG's weren't able to guard their guards out there. A defensive sub... Have to give him credit when he's thinking right.
