Per ESPN 103.3FM: The Pacers are close to sealing a deal with Harrington.
I think it's done deal that Harrington is back to Indy.

Yeah, but that's what we thought before.

Harrington
The Pacers acquired Harrington and center John Edwards in a sign-and-trade deal Tuesday for a 2007 first-round draft pick. ESPN.com's Marc Stein reports that Harrington's new contract is for four years and is worth $35.3 million. He has a player option in Year 4, meaning Harrington can return to the open market as an unrestricted free agent in the summer of 2009.

Indiana's fans should be breathing a collective sigh of relief. This move gave the Pacers back a glimmer of hope to what would have otherwise been a hopeless season.
I for one can't wait to see the high-flying, high-scoring ball that the Pacers will play this season as opposed to the grind-it-out game they've been playing for so many years. It'll be interesting to see what Carlisle can do this year. I wonder how well he and his team will make the transition.

The Pacers' offseason just went from a D- to a B. I love the signing, and think Al is really a player on the verge of a great season. Good luck to Indiana, my favorite team in the East.

I donno about Quis being starting PG. I think it's more likely he'll be the 6th man.
