What do you know about each other?
I was looking at the number of posts next to the names of the readers of this site. It seems like alot of you are long time readers and that you have corresponded with each other for some time.
That is one of the things that I really liked about this site--it seems really solid with a strong and loyal base. That having been said--how well do you know each other? Do you guys (and gals) get together to watch the games together or otherwise socialize with each other. |

I've only met Smiles and Madape (now Darth Ape, i guess) in person. lucky them.
 i'd be up for meeting other people (except doc ), but i live in Tennessee. Only met the ones i did when i was down in Dallas on business. evilmav likes to talk about how great his post game is. wish i was down there to show him otherwise. doc and some other old farts play some lame-ass pickup games, i think. just going off of what i've read in other threads.

I don't really know anybody here but they all seem pretty nice...... and old.
If i were to guess, without looking at his profile, i'd guess doc was around 53 years old.

I've met two people from the board in real life, chum and Male23Dan. Both were really solid dudes.
Male is a better dude than his online persona. chum is a better online persona than a real person.

I was lucky enough to meet some from the board when I was in TX. Smiles, Doc, Evil, MFFL, Sturm, and Rhylan are all top notch in person.
While I haven't met them in person I've had some of the best conversations with Chum, Male, U2, Lonestar, and a few others my tired brain is forgetting.

I've never met anyone from the board in person, and I don't know if I want to. I hold many here in high regard. I listened to the Ticket for years before seeing what those guys looked like in person. It totally ruined it when those faces were put with the voices. I don't want the same to happen here.

The forum should reserve an entire section at a Mavs game. We could all wear little beanies with our names on them, and start a "CreditXpert" chant or whatever lost friend we'd like to find/embarass in the crowd.
