Default Playoff Tickets

I know it's early to be talking about this, but when do playoff tickets go on sale? It's possible that I'll be traveling to Missouri and stopping in Dallas for the weekend of April 28th. When do you think the first playoff games would be and when do tickets go on sale? Any info would be appreciated, and sorry I'm bringing up a topic that shouldn't be in our thinking right now with the playoffs so far off.

As I recall, they usually don't go on sale until a few days before the games are scheduled. Look at last year's schedule to see when the playoffs started--usually a couple days after the regular season ends--and figure on Ticketmaster having them for sale the day after the regular season ends at 10 am central.

You can also buy them from the Trading Post if the individual game tickets sell out, but are going to pay a premium.

First playoff game for the Mavericks last year was April 23 and I think the season ended on the 20th so they must've gone on sale sometime between those two dates. Tickets are usually not that hard to find for the first-round but this year it should be more popular AND we will probably get a better team than the Griz.
