The refs were a problem earlier in the series, and have tried to be laker fans in spurts tonight, but this series overall has been exciting and to end game seven in OT is awesome.
Go Kings!!!!!

I have not been impressed with Christie in this game at all.
Nice shot by Webber to start the OT.

Damn, misses by Webber and Bibby hurt big time.
I can't believe Shaq didn't get the call!?
And then Hedo does something really stupid.

Sacramento had Game 6 stolen from them by the refs but they lost this one themselves. If they had hit their free throws at an even adequate pace it would have never gone to overtime. And they just made a lot of dumb decisions in the last 2 minutes.

I think the kings got more calls than the lakers, in the lakers/kings playoff series. I think the lakers got more calls than the kings in game #6. I think game #7 was called even. The kings lost game #7, mainly because they missed too many free throws.
I have gained a lot of respect for the kings. They took the lakers to overtime in game #7 of the Western Conference Finals. Even though the kings didn't win the Western Conference Finals, I think the kings had a great season.

Exactly Vecsey,
game 7 was called even, game 6 was screwed and reffed in favor of the Lakars.
But overall the Kings got more calls than the Lakers (especially games 5 and 3 were called in favor of the Kings).

The Kings didn't deserve this game with all the missed free throws.... I'm so freakin pissed right now. I will say this though, this may have been the best conference finals series I've seen in a LONG time..

like you said though...they gave away 2 and the refs stole another. It should be the Kings in the finals. The NBA should be ashamed.

Exactly, the KINGS should be ashamed. They BLEW Game 4 I believe it was when they were blowing the Lakers out and even after that, they make their free throws they win in REGULATION... I don't care how poor the refs were. Even with the refs they still had the opportunity to win and they didn't. They blew it, so I won't even complain about the refs. Shooting 50% as a TEAM in a game seven is RIDICULOUS!

No question the Kings should have done better...the game 6 refs just stick in my like a knife though. Very bad taste after that. It just screams NBA fix.

<< It just screams NBA fix. >>
I don't believe the NBA is fixed at all. I do think that it has a number of incompetent refs and has yet to show any impulse to work on getting them competent.

Hoops- I don't think it is either, but it gives room for the conspiratists to bark and have a reasonable doubt.
