Vin & Jason have sex with each other, Jason gets AIDS from Vin but dies sooner because the British are a sickly people with weaker immune systems...
Vin dies eventually too... Hollywood sucks a little less... U2 sleeps like a baby...
(but since Jason keels-over first, the score goes to Vin...)

Now wait a minute. Let's please not compare Statham to Diesel from an actor standpoint. Sure Jason has made some terrible movies, but I doubt Vin will ever be a part of anything as good as Snatch or Lock Stock. So let's give Statham a shred of credit.

Given Guy Ritchie's filmography, I'd say Snatch and Lock Stock were anomalies for everyone involved with those films (save Pitt & Del Toro...)

Bank Job was highly critically rated if I remember correctly.

Vin was solid in Saving Private Ryan and Boiler Room...he got some acclaim for the Mob movie he did as well.

No, you don't remember correctly - the only "critical acclaim" that movie received was from the narrator of the movie trailer (probably blurbed by some nobody working for a small paper in Cleveland or St. Paul...)

Vin had a minor, type-cast role in Private Ryan - certainly not a stand-out or even the slightest reason for that movie's success (and he was easily the weakest link in Boiler Room...)

I'll vote Vin, but only because Jason's policy of "get out there and hurt him, but for f's sake, do not knock him out!" Kind of hard to win a death match tiptoeing that kind of line.

It received a 90% positive rating from the top critics in the country. Its ok...some times its very hard to admit when you're wrong. But you really should be used to it by now.

This is the second time you've called someone "dumb" for disagreeing with you about overrating sh!tty movies/actors (newsflash: Spider Man, Vin Diesel, and RottenTomatoes suck...)
I'm gonna find out where you live, kidnap your ass, sit you down in that chair from Clockwork Orange and make you watch good movies until all the "suck" that Hollywood pumped up into your brain through your ass is gone...

The new Indiana Jones movie got "great critical acclaim" too (90% of all major critics liked it), but thankfully some Americans can still think for themselves and that movie eventually turned to box-office poison for Paramount...

Go ahead and try it, dummy, I'm gonna strap that "art piece" from Se7en onto flaco and give him the go ahead to give you a good time.

61% if the "top critics" liked it, actually.

Sounds like a date...
(I like it when you get angry - your movie references improve slightly...)

Also, do YOU have an opinion about the Bank Job? (because I saw it and it sucked - no better than the Italian Job remake... Okay, maybe a LITTLE better...)
EDIT: sorry about hijacking the thread...

I generally like his character too - I just wish he was in better films (I was hoping he'd become a Bruce Willis-type and land some A-list action flicks, but he's quickly becoming a direct-to-video Steven Seagal-type...)

I'll switch my vote to end this (if that is allowed).
Just remember: I was for Vin Diesel before I was against him!

C'mon, the Bank Job wasn't terrible. Certainly a step up from Transporter 2.
Anomolie or not, he gets credit for having key roles in the two films I mentioned.
Vin Diesel...please. He's terrible.

You can't flip flop. One vote, and one vote alone, you wuss.
But I vote Jason, so he wins. And I vote that way because I was halfway through Triple X 2: State of the Union before I realized Vin Diesel had been replaced. Of course, Riddick would make very short work of Statham. So I'm switching my vote to Vin.

Lohan because she is officially batting for the other team right now...and they tend to be tough.
