Default Missed layups and bad inbounds

Does any team in the league screw up inbounds passes or miss easy layups more than the Dallas Mavericks?

And I don't just mean this season, this has been going on for years. It just keeps getting worse.

I have never seen any other team so frequently screw up the most simple, easy aspects of this game. The number of easy layups this team misses, the number of botched dunks is ridiculous.

People complain that they turn into a jump shooting team... yeah probably because they get dispirited after missing easy dunks and layups and finally just hang around the arc.

This is not the first time Josh inbounded the ball to the wrong person, I remember in the Golden State series Josh Howard inbounded the ball to Matt Barnes and then Barnes hit shot to seal the game the we could have one and maybe the series would have ended different, so this is not the first time Josh has done something like that.

No you must mean game 4(?) when Devin threw the ball into Michael Pietrus hands at the end.

It's not just Josh though, it's the entire team. It was that way before Jason Kidd got here even. It just keeps getting worse and worse and worse.

Why can't they make a dang layup??? Everyone complains they're a jump shooting team but the sad truth is they are just as likely to make a shot launched from the perimeter as they are a shot from 1 foot in front of the rim.
