Nuggets are playing great and they would give us a damn hard time because they are athletic, playing good D and have Mr. Bigshot
But maybe THIS is the season for them. They are in big financial trouble ( http://www.forbes.com/lists/2008/32/...ons_Value.html), have sevral players with huge long contracts and Anderson, Kleiza and Jones need new contracts in summer.
At least one team will go crazy on Anderson giving him the MLE for like 20-25 million, i doubt the Nuggets would match. Jones is on the radar since his kickass defense against Paul. Kleiza is also a proven nice bench player.
The bench of them is one of the best this year but could get destroyed next year.

Denver thinks very highly of Anderson would not be surprised if they try to trade Kenyon to shed some cap to try to resign Anderson.

I've been saying it for months. This team is scary good. Best bench in the NBA, great offense and defense. Great 3-point shooters (Billups, Smith, Kleiza, Anthony, Carter), good defenders (Billups, Nene, Kmart, Birdman, Carter, Balkman), great PG (Billups), great explosive scorers (Smith & Melo), low-post scoring (Nene). They have no discernible weakness.

Since it is a no brainer Denver has this won likely Wednesday night. I was wondering if we win tomorrow night would game one against Denver be Saturday or Sunday?

They dream about that, sure. But no one takes Kenyon with 32 million for 2 years left without dumping another trash contract to Denver. Isiah isnt in the league anymore.
Anderson or Kleiza are gone next season, they wont or cant keep both.

That would be determined later. But lets finish this series first before we worry about that. All the Spurs have to do is win Game 5 in SA, then steal one from us at our home and then it's game 7 in SA. I know everyone's saying SA is done, but let it be official before declaring so. Crazy shit has happened to my Mavs and I'm paranoid.

One of the teams this year that are in a 1-3 hole will come back to win it.

That is not a good thing to say, knowing Dallas' history...

Since Hollinger usually emphasizes numbers and statistics heavily (especially MOV) in his analysis, I find it interesting that for this record blowout, he actually pays attention to on-court events this time.

Why isn't New Orleans better than this? I really don't get it. On paper, they've got a great team. They looked like the best team in the conference last year until the all-star break or so. Seems like it's been downhill for them since then.
