RE: Dallas @ Atlanta: Gameday Thread
Absolutely disgusting!
We played like Crap and the Refs aided the home team. Wjy do officials allow that thug ball. I saw 7 missed calls in the 4th alone...but only on one end. Sorry fing pieces.

The headline: Walker has made more three's than Nash, Dirk and Jamison.

No need to foul, not enough time left to hit a bunch of 3's.

RE:Dallas @ Atlanta: Gameday Thread
Bad turnover by Walker(stepped out of bounds) but the game is over anyway. Doesn't make a difference at this point except make Walker's stats look even more FUGLY.
WE BETTER BLOW THE FUKING KNICKS OUT OF THE BUILDING...THAT'S ALL *I'VE* GOT TO SAY.
(WHY DO YOU GIVE THE BALL TO WALKER FOR A 3??? ]
AARRRRGH!! FINLEY!!! YOU MISSED A 4-POINT PLAY??????????
JUST END THIS INSANITY!!!

The Hawks are in a playoff race. On the ATL station they showed the standings. They are 17-35 but only 6 games out of the 8th playoff spot. Disgusting.

This was over at the beginning of the 4th when they went on an 8-0 run. Yes, Hawks, on an 8-0 run.

The Mavs lose by 6 with three guys posting double-doubles..
I guess it's difficult for a team to win whenever they shoot that poorly.

Another career high for a player of a weak team against the Mavs. Jackson had 30 points.

Yeah, it's downhill fast after 30. Just ask KG and Doc.
Mavs offset the good, gutty efforts of three weeks ago against the NYKs and the Sixers. It's games like this one and the Denver game that make people question their vital organs (hearts, guts, 'nads, etc. ).
The changes will have to come from the top.

And this is the perfect example of how stats are misleading:
Yahoo has Steve Nash as tonight's "top performer." Nash absolutely was horrendous tonight. He couldn't dribble worth a damn. He couldn't create any space. He constantly was out of control.

All that is left now is to root for the rockets (ugh). If San Antonio wins this one, we'll really fall behind.

RE:Dallas @ Atlanta: Gameday Thread
The sad thing is that I've come to expect a game like tonight's from this year's crew. I mean, didn't we all kind of think it would end this way?
We've got real aptitude for following great games with... heartless, effortless slop.
And I'm just saying it again for good measure:
I have no idea why Antoine Walker thinks he can shoot threes. He can't, and never should. His bricked three towards the end - the one he took when we were actually making a run and were down by three or four (I think) - sucked the life right out of us.
Bleh.
What's happened to our rebounding, by the way?

of course it was Nellie's fault
When will the opportunists stop? No one is proposing that the Wolves need a new coach after dropping a meaningless game to Memphis...
why do those with a chip on their shoulder just pop up after we lose. Its idiotic.
