After much study, number crunching, and deep prayer, I've come to the following conclusion: Butler likes to shoot.

Its funny that Elliot always says that it wasn´t a foul before the replay and then he had to admit twice alrady to night that it was a foul, just sad. Just wait, when it´s no foul, you can complain!

10-8 rebound edge, but it's on the offensive glass for the Spurs, 5 ORebs.

The Mavs have to run the Spurs off the 3 point line. Marion does not need to go under screens for Manu.

Not a bad quarter offensively, but the defense and rebounding needs to step up.

Just got in---did I hear that Haywood is out due to team suspension?
Never mind----I found the story....
Mavericks center Brendan Haywood has been suspended for a violation of team rules and will not be in the building tonight when Dallas visits the San Antonio Spurs.
ESPNDallas.com's Jeff Caplan is in San Antonio and will provide more details as they become available.
Haywood has played in 14 games this season for the Mavs, averaging 3.7 points, 5.0 rebounds and 19.5 minutes.

Dirk has got to be a hoss on the boards tonight. Sure he needs to score, but the rebounds right now is more important because others are picking up the slack so far tonight.
Tonight is a night for Jones, imo. I think he has more footspeed and size to bother Hill more than he who shall not be named does.....

Well, the Spurs' execution on their offense is so good that it results in a lot of uncontested shots. They are great at screening defenders off their shooters.
