I suspect, in the case of Blair, the Mavs would get almost nothing of any significance back, and would mainly be doing it to do Blair a solid in getting him some extra money.

Why wouldn't the Wizards sign Blair outright?

Augustin to Pistons per Aldridge at 2/6.
Not sure what this does for Mo's market.

I think they have to push Mo to take vet minimum if he wants to play here so badly. The main concern is now a solid PF backup and there we should spend the exception. I doubt Blatche signs for this amount, so maybe we could get lucky with Humphries. Aminu as 3rd choice...

It's a nice position to be in when we are having a civil debate about who we want for our 13th man.

Technically, yes... IF Phoenix has a strong interest in Wright, we could package him with Crowder and Ledo.
Hell, Skin was talking on Twitter about that same package for Stephenson at $9.5m. Not that he thought it was likely, just possible.

What a terrific trade for Stephenson, we'd be stacked! If we could get Boozer to take Wright's place, Stephenson would be a huge upgrade and either backup parson's and monta or just start and have Monta as the 6th man. Stephenson could also spend some time with Monta or Devin in the back court and play the point or the 2.

A SnT with for Bledsoe or Stephenson would send me into exultant convulsions.

Can you imagine Devin/Stephenson/TC in the same lineup? nice defense no matter who is in there with them.

Donnie came up after Fish on 105 and basically agreed to Fish's sentiments.
Sounds like Donnie is content with Felton and Harris at the point, with Jefferson taking on Vince's role.

Fish says on 105 the Fan, that Dirk could quite possibly accept even less than what was agreed in order to make more moves ....also say that the Donnie says they are no way finish this offseason, and have just got started.
I believe Felton will be moved if they sign Mo at $2.7M per ...Wright will be moved and Dirk may officially signed for $1-2M per less that what was agreed. Boozer being amnestied is on the minds of MBT.
These moves are starting to get Morey-like.

I don't think we trade for Stephenson unless it's an utter bargain. Like 6-7M per.
The situation with Dirk is really unique. You can structure deals plethora ways to get him the promised 30M, but those kind of things need a level of trust that's rare.

What about picking up Omri Casspri? He's 6'9 but could he play backup for Dirk? He's getting waived by the Pelicans once the 3way trade is completed tuesday

You're about 22 hours late on that news , but hey, it's good for posters who don't post here often to be kept up since everything has been like a blender news cycle-wise.
In fact, Donnie on the radio today was talking about the impact Tyson Chandler would have...when he mean't Chandler Parsons.
We could all do with a little sleep.

The Mavs should sign Mike Tyson and Parson Brown so they could have a starting five of:
Mike Tyson, Tyson Chandler, Chandler Parsons, Parson Brown and, of course, Dirk.

Might as well sign Jamil Wilson out of Marquette, then, as well.

The board's just really slow, so sometimes it takes like 20-something hours for yesterday's news to double post.

I'm hoping for better reserves at power forward and shooting guard, still.

If youve been watching summer league, Ledo and Fair are not NBA ready. Ivan Johnson hasnt shown much at all either. There will be at least one more NBA guy at 2.7 exception.

You can't sign those until later in the season.
