The Mavs tonight became the first team since 94 Orlando and Golden State to score 120 points in four consecutive home games.

What do I win, what do I win?! Its amazing to see the Mavs race up and down the court with this small ball...they get on fire and nail 9 FGs straight and pound the other team into a good sized deficit... I really want to see this small ball hold up in the Seattle game Tuesday since I figure that'll be some good scoring for both teams (they can burn us on 3s no doubt), but I leave tomorrow morning until Wednesday. I even had tickets to the game!

So can we all finally admit that the Mavs new lineup is actually a new idea and not just "misdirection"? And player positioning and matchups are as important as the percentage of minutes players play? Or am I just "kneejerking"?

I remember how excited everyone was about the idea of Walker as a point forward in Nellie's system. And now he has him in the starting center spot! He can really play 1-5...

Yeah....the problem is that he is somewhat average at best from 1-4....At the 5 position, he is actually doing much better than anyone expected. Just as long as he contributes a little bit here and there while letting Dirk,Fin,Nash, Jamison do their scoring-in-bunches-faster-than-you-can-say-LAKERS-SUCK thing. Beers and the twins included, with the second choice. And a beautiful lodge in the Copper Canyon.
