It's actually pretty interesting and I read that the Mavs actually use this stat themselves to evaluate players......(not surprisingly guess who's near the bottom!?)

But before posters starting bashing players (oh it will happen) let's remember that this stat doesn't say the player is "bad" or "good" and it is analyzed based from stats of the 2003-2004 season (some players did not have a typically "good" year; relative to themselves) so......
