Default A scary sight for Mavs fans...

...Tony Parker is coming of age...and he's only 21.

He played well but the way Payton is playing defense, I think almost any Pg can have a career day.

Give Tony all kinds of credit for the way he's played thus far in the playoffs, and no doubt he's one of the better points in the NBA right now, but he will come back to earth at some point. Guys who shoot in the low 30's from three don't just miraculously become 57% three point shooters for the rest of their careers overnight.

True...Payton is done, but Parkers been playing well for the past couple of months. When they can get a 2nd scorer, with the way the play defense, they're tough to beat.

The kid is playing really well. We can only hope to replace Nash before he's done like payton.

I find it confusing that the Lakers aren't jamming Parker with that high pick and roll. Sure, the Lakers' pick and roll defense has always been suspect, but what is the big fear of Rasho rumbling to the basket, or even Duncan with the way Parker is knocking down open 15 footers?

The announcers are going crazy with top 5 ... top 3 comparison for the young PG. But Ihave trouble putting
him in my top 5 not to mention top 10 point guards. It seems like he has patterend his game after
Nash's - penetrate and dish etc. I will agree he is progressing rapidly but not top 5 yet.

I agree he is starting to look real good, but not a top 5 point guard...

I still think he is not at the level of J. Kidd, S. Nash, B. Davis, S. Marbury, S. Francis...

The next couple of point guards that scare me more than Parker is Dwayne Wade or Kirk Henrich, and they are both in their rookie season this year...

Doesn't look that scary now. Lakers stepped up their defense and started to guard pic'n'roll little better and Parker's shots aren't falling anymore.

Sorry but multiple PGs are better than Francis

Wade, Bibby, Parker, Andre Miller, Cassell, Billups, and Gilber Arenas
