I think it's a crock of b.s. ..no way in hell that the Mavs are offering anything similar to that at this point in the off season. |

I have a bad feeling that they want Pavel, which would kill the Shaq trade. Hope I'm wrong about that.
If we're trying to sweeten the pot for the Lakers then we'll have to send Fin or Dirk along with Walker to match Shaq's salary.

Is it possible that we'll trade the 5 for two lower round picks from Utah or Portland and a player? Perhaps then it's a bit wiser to grab Pavel AND Ramos.

L.A. would have taken Dirk+Nash (and filler) for Shaq. So I don't think it happened.
