To clarify for this guy, I believe there is an article in the most recent SI on the mavs. It is not online so I have not read it. More frustrating, I can't persuade anyone to summarize it for me.

it was a whole article about how the Mavericks are going to be very good after the trade, I thought it was a very well done piece.
