Hi there ...
Hopefully I´ll be able to get a TV coverage tonight, so I thought it might be time to start this one.
Mavs win 114-108

Milwaukee does not show much D, but neither do the Mavericks.
So I look for a shootout tonight fellas..
First one to 120 wins!!
Dallas - 125
Milwauke - 118
This is a MUST win to start this road trip. They cannot afford to stub there toe on this one or they may be looking up at the Spurs at the end of tonight.

I'm really hoping it's gonna be a game like Portland-Dallas, just turned around of course!
118-106win for the Mavs - Finley 34

FinDogg says we'll take all 4, I'm a believer...
Mavs 112
Bucks 87
Mike goes for 33 on a gimpy Ray Allen.

This might normally be a worrisome game but with Milwaukee's top 4 (Allen, Cassell, Thomas, & Robinson) all playing injured the only chance Milwaukee has is if the Mavericks don't take this game seriously.
Mavs 115
Bucks 102

Are the Mav's playing the Bucks at the right time or what? Milwaukee is but a shadow of who they were at this same time last year, when they tore everybody (including the top teams in the west) apart.
Not this year tho, the mavs win on the road to start this important road trip.
Mavs 120
Bucks 97
1 of the 4 down, 3 more to go.

Dirk and Fin both go for 25+. And suprise, suprise, NVE gets atleast 20.
Mavs win 117 - 102.

I just want the Mavs to hold the Bucks under 100.
Right now, I think Nellie the last 10+ games should stress one defensive goal every game. The next night it may be 5+ steals, or 5+ blocks, etc etc. Then the last 2 or 3 games of the season he should add to it till finally he is stressing every goal.
Just to make us mentality prepared defensively for the playoffs.

I really don't like to see the bruise on Dirk's shooting arm.
The Mavs are playing sloppy tonight.

Dirk is shooting horrible outside 15 feet.... but has 5 rebounds 1 assist and 1 block. Other areas aren't suffering.

Terrible starts by Dirk and Nash offensively. Combined there 3-12. Dirk hit a couple shots late in the 1st quarter.
Finley has made an effort at getting to the basket, something I didn't think he'd do on the road. 4-7 with 3 rebounds.
LaFrentz is still too tentative when shooting.
Mavs MUST get back on track in the 2nd quarter. Hello? There without Allen and Cassell, there's no excuse for us being down like this.

Nash's missing everything. Fin's keeping us in the game.
And Redd makes a third three....

Well I didn't think we would be this flat - especially considering the Fin comments. Hopefully we are saving it for the second half.

no Cassell, no Allen, and the bucks are still ahead? Hmmm, Dallas is looking lazy, flat, not into it- yet anyway...

I hate Nelson's latest coaching gimmick. He's coaching them to miss their shots. The bastard. Why doesn't he coach inside the box like the other coaches and instruct them to make all their shots. He's got Dirk falling away slightly and coming up short and he has Nash coming up short, also. It's just poor coaching, in my opinion, and stupid. He'll probably jerk Finley from the game pretty soon because he's hitting his shots. Sometimes it looks like Nelson coaches the Mavs to lose.

Good play by Raef taking it to the hoop. We have to dominate the middle against this team.

Finley is certainly keeping us in the game.
Did you see that rebound he just got and swung his elbows after the Bucks missed free throw?
He WANTS this game, can't say the same about the others tonight.
Finally, Nash hits a shot.

I really like Michael Redd. I don't know much about him but this is defintely his breakout year.
If Im not mistaken, he's a free agent after this season??

Why exactly are we going to Van Exel when Fin is so hot?
Yeah I think he is coaching outside the box.

21 points on 10-15 shooting along with 7 rebounds (team leader)...that's what Finley has done tonight.
Dirk is 4-10 and Nash is 2-8.
NVE is 0-4, only good thing I can say is that he's taking it to the basket. But, I can only watch so many missed layups.

I hope Finley gives that team an ass chewing at the half.

We'll come out rocking after half time. 15 pts for Dirk and Nash each in Q3, I think.

I'm not going to name names, but chances are if your initials are not MF then you are playing poorly.

I think that bandage on his elbow and the bruise beneath it must be affecting Dirk's shot--but if that's the case he needs to stop taking 3's (0-4) and concentrate on going to the basket.

We need to make up the deficit quickly. The Bucks are down on talent, it would be good to put some doubt in them. Good if Dirk and Nash could hit a shot too.
