I know most people here probably hate the Spurs Report.

But I know so very little about the internet and how these message boards work--I wanted to ask the fans here a question.

Spurs Report has been down for many days. It seems like almost a week since it worked.

Can anyone here shed the light on why a message board would be down for so long?

I know that by asking this, I am probably going to get a lot of jokes.

But I am serious--from a technical viewpoint, why would a message board go down for so long?

Can't say that I miss it much. They were really quick on the trigger about banning folks. To ban people from even viewing it during the playoffs seems to show a lack of a thick enough skin.
