Such a great game, the Mavs are on a roll

It was the worst home loss since the Lakers moved to LA.
There has never been another team to destroy the Lakers as dramatically as this at Staples or any other building they have occupied in LA.
How 'bout that?

Why is Hollinger even mentioned on this message board; I would like to think all Maverick fans are way above his ignorance....

Tonight brings back fond memories of the December night in 2003 when these Mavericks rode the likes of Antoine Walker to defeat the Lakers in Los Angeles for the first time since the first Bush administration. Remember when Walker stood up to the fat bastard and told him his team wasn't going anywhere? That was great!
And now, the progression of things. It's one thing to win there. It's another thing to whip their asses in historic fashion.
Take that, Phil Jackson!

The dunk that Pops was fouled on and missed would have been even better. Too bad.

I think it was sarcasm, but it doesn't make much sense because Hollinger is in love with blowouts.

yeah - i haven't even looked but i can automatically tell you that's wrong. it must have been an update from yesterday adjusted on recent SOS.
what's so impressive about the way the mavs did this was how quite it was. it would just keep dawning on me every few minutes how far ahead the mavs were, without even doing anything sensational. they were just executing very efficiently.
did anyone else notice the lights being dimmed in the upper section of the arena? was this to block out how many fans had left?

They've been doing that all season. I guess to give it that old boxing arena feel.

The Lakers are such a shell of a team since Shaq left. The Lakers fans should be proud of Kobe breaking that team apart. We made it look so easy.

Ah, I remember that like it was yesterday. The one shining moment of otherwise dark times that was the 03-04 season.
But those Mavs were pretenders. These Mavs are bad mofo's. Warriors on the second night of a b2b? Bring that sh*t on!!
