I dont think Atlanta would trade JJ (by far their best player and asset) and Lorenzen Wright for Maggette, Damp, and a pick that most likely won't end up playing in the NBA anyways.

Atl won't want only Damp and Mags for the pick, and the Celtics don't want to take on another center especially Wright.

Mavs come out ahead, Celts break even, Hawks and Clips get screwed. Thus no deal.
