Provided he plays on opening night, I wonder what percentage of fans in that arena will even recognize him or know that this guy was on our roster last season.

MC is not that bad. He averaged 13 PPG one year. The problem with Matt is that he's an odd type of shooter. For a role player like him, you absolutely have to be able to come off the bench in limited minutes and hit shots. But this guy is utterly worthless unless he gets consistent minutes. When he gets 20 MPG on a consistent basis, he can produce. Problem is, no good team can afford to play him those kinds of minutes.

Good evaluation- makes a lot of sense. Also a perfect example of why a players numbers don't alway transfer from one team to another.

It doesn't help him that he doesn't bring anything to the table defensively, either.
