This could be interesting. Hard to dislike this team like we disliked the Jazz. I always wanted an I-35 series, and now we've got it.

I'm a bit torn on this one. On one hand, I want the Mavs to win (naturally). But on the other hand, I don't want the Lakers to win this year, and it's pretty clear they have our number (for now). If I had to choose one team to win it all besides the Mavs, I'd have to go with Duncan and the Spurs. Those are guys are real class.

DJ - that is my exact feeling. I want the Mavs to win so much, but I want the Lakers to lose almost as much. Maybe the Mavs will win and the Kings will beat the Lakers. The Kings played the Lakers very well this year.

The coolest thing about a Mavs Kings series would be the scores. They would be in the 120 to 116 range.

Hey murph, that would be cool with me. I would love to have three more home games even if we lose.

This is going to be one tough series for the mavs. Looks like we might need Bradley and Booth in there at the same time during these games. GO Mavs.

the mavs might have to go with this five on the floor alot:
howard will start, but look for this lineup:
dirk,
finley,
nash,
booth,
and bradley
when nash is out, they may got large:
dirk,
finley,
booth,
bradley,
and
Howard
the mavs have to concentrate on inside defense this series, and bradley and booth are both going to be key

Spurs in 5, maybe 6. Duncan and Robinson will just be too much for our inside guys.

Mavs in 7, and I really want to see us play Sac-Town in the WC Finals, as a lot of you have stated previously, that would make for an incredibly exciting series.
If CWebb's ankle were 100%, and the refs weren't paid off, I'd be convinced that Sacramento will beat the Lakers....now, I'm not so sure. It's going to be hard as hell for them, but I think they can do it.

one think i would look for is the mavs to take the ball right at duncan.
recently, he has shown a tendency to get into foul trouble....alot of teams have been trying to get him into foul trouble early.
damn, this is a daunting task

There is no way the Kings are going to beat the Lakers with the way they are now playing. I'll give them one game in Sacramento, but that's about it. The Lakers finally have their heads together and are playing as a team and it's very scary.
The key to our next series is if we can keep the up-tempo game and force old, rickety Robinson to run his butt off. Duncan will score, but if we can take it AT them, I think we have a good shot at winning some games. But don't forget that SA is a very strong defensive team. I look forward to a good series. Either way, I think we will do a helluva lot better than Utah would have against them.

Curse Tim Duncan and his bank shots!! Dallas are on such a roll, I can't believe the best you think we can do is avoid a sweep.
