out of all the movies i saw:Rollerball, Halloween:Resurrection, Like Mike, John Q, Collateral Damage, Enough, Mr. Deeds, Austin Powers 3, Spiderman, Brown Sugar, 8 Mile, Minority Report, Martin Lawrence: Run Tel Dat, and Barbershop, i ranked them by asking myself what was so good about it, and why wasn't it the best. It's long, but Here's the rankings:
14:Halloween:Resurrection- this was an entertaining movie, but that's it. It was unreallistic in the facts that police wouldn't let people go to a crime scene for television.
13:Like Mike- this was good because there were a lot of NBA players in the movie. It's not 1st b/c it's more of a kids plot.
12:Enough-This was a really good movie, it had a good plot and was exciting. The only problem is I personally don't like Jennifer Lopez. I wouldn't put it below Halloween and Like Mike
11:Brown Sugar-it was a good love story. The only problem is is that i don't think it expands its audience outside blacks(even though i am black)
10:Spiderman-I think this was better than X-Men. Like Brown Sugar, it didn't expand its audience past whites(correct me if i'm wrong, but i didn't see any blacks in the movie)
9:Austin Powers 3- This was a funny movie. It really doesn't have anything about it that would be considered the best.
8:Mr. Deeds-This was a funny movie. Like Austin Powers 3, there's nothin great about it
7:Minority Report-This was better than i thought b/c i'm not a sci-fi fan, but i am a Tom Cruise fan. The only problem was that the plot was kind of weird(like Vanilla Sky
6:Barbershop-This was a good movie and had a realistic plot. The only problem is the best jokes are racial jokes and could make people that are not black uncomfortable to laugh at.
5:Rollerball-My mouth dropped after this one b/c it was 100% not what i though it was. It wasn't great b/c it had no real meaning, but it's so high b/c it's underrated.
4:Martin Lawrence:Run Tel Dat- this was a movie about a person going through tough times and could be able to joke about it. The only problem is it wasn't a real movie
3:Collateral Damage-This was an elite movie. It was Arnold's best movie to me since Total Recall. The only problem is that it's not likely that someone would do all that to avenge his family's murders
2:John Q-this is a tear-jerker. This was good in the fact it makes you think: what would you do if you were in that situation? The only reason it wasn't 1st because it wasn't better than the 1st.
1:8 Mile-this was good in the fact that it relates to something lower-class whites go through and it shows that not all lower-class people are minorities and it cover something wrong with our soceity which is racial discrimination. It is based on something real popular in America which is rap music. It's almost like the perfect movie.
So what was your favorite?

I tell her that everything will be all right; that I'll save her from whatever she's scared and take her far far away. I tell her that I love her. The silencer makes a whisper of the gunshot. I hold her close until she's gone. I'll never know what she was running from. I'll cash her check in the morning.
