Can you believe that that idiot website guy took Dale Earnhardt's widow to court to try to get the right to show his autopsy photos on the internet!? The judge didn't allow it...but what would possess the guy to want to want show those pictures off or make him think that he has any right to do that? Some people are just idiots.

I agree Tiger. What gives this guy the right to take Dale's wife and family to court, for the rights to Dale's autopsy photos.

from what little i know about law, autopsy results and photos, etc are supposed to be made public to avoid any types of coverups or conspiracies, etc
