Philly beats Nawlins 98-90
Iverson explodes for 55 and shoots 21-32 from the floor, pretty amazing he tied the record for most points in the first game of the first round by matching Jordan's 55 |

Allen Iverson finishes with a massive 55 points and 8 assists. (And the win)
What's amazing is that Philadelphia scored a total of 36 field goals- 21 were scored by AI, 8 assisted by AI and only *7* did not involve Iverson.

All I know is Iverson came with his A game for atleast the first game of the series. If he plays like that throughout, that's going to be a tough team to beat.

what are the odds that he'll shot below 35% in at least two, maybe three of the next four games in that series?

the team is built around AI even if he doesn't shoot for a high percentage. He is amoung the league leaders in free throw makes. Give the man respect. He does make a bunch of spares into a beast of the least. No he isn't nick with dreads. |
